The Owatonna Foundation, Inc., issues grants only to organizations in Owatonna and its environs recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as 501(c)3 organizations. The Board of Trustees and its Executive Committee are responsible for the final decision on grant applications and will distribute funds for civic, community betterment, educational, health, literary, recreational, scientific, musical and cultural purposes in accordance with their guidelines.

To request a grant, complete the Grant Application Request Form below. You will have an opportunity to review the completed application which you can print.

Name the individual(s) in your organization who will be in charge of the project and set forth a summary of each individual's experience with written construction contracts and experience with construction projects.
